Benefits of Honey

Honey has lots of great health benefits. Many people around the world have used honey only to a small extent. I mainly wrote this article to show them how honey can cure each of their problems and help them lead a healthy life.

  • Weight Loss : Drink honey mixed with Luke warm water in empty stomach early in the morning. Honey gives you more energy and boosts your energy level by 40% but doesn’t add weight. It removes the bad water from your body. Honey with cinnamon powder reduces fat absorption by the body tissues.
  • Tuberculosis : Honey is used in the treatment of tuberculosis. Mix 50 grams of honey with 100 grams of butter and eat it during morning and evening.
  • Stomach Ache : Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and ginger in a glass of hot water and eat it in empty stomach. It will cure stomach ache very quickly.
  • Hair Loss : Mix honey, egg yolk and olive oil and then massage your scalp gently for 10 minutes. Leave it for 1 hour and then wash your hair thoroughly. It will reduce hair loss to a great extent.
  • Arthritis : First take honey and hot water in equal quantities and mix it. Add cinnamon powder to it. Apply the paste on the affected areas in your body. You can get relief in 10 minutes. Also drink honey with water in the morning.
  • Infertility : Take honey with milk in empty stomach during morning or evening. It increases sperm count for men. For women who can not conceive shall take a teaspoon of honey mixed with a pinch cinnamon powder and eat it four times a day.
  • Cholesterol & Blood pressure : Taking a teaspoon of honey regularly reduces your body cholesterol levels and reduces high blood pressure.
  • Other Benefits : If you have tooth ache make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder and apply it on gums. Taking a teaspoon of honey regularly improves your immune system.
